I love Chick Fil A, love their service, the lemonade etc. I've recently been disappointed by their grilled nuggets though. The 12 pack is tiny, very tiny, and costs over $8. That's not the meal, just the 12 nuggets that are half the size of breaded nuggets and fit in a one cup serving bowl. I feel the prize is rediculous.

Chose drive thru this visit to pick up food from late day running errands. Employees were courteous and efficient with our orders. And we were on our way home in about 10 minutes.

Don't know if I just draw the short straw but the few times I do eat there I get alot of gooy fat all over the chicken. Gross

Great job holding down the Chick-fil-A standards. This was a mall establishment so of course there are kids and plenty of people running around. The staff did as well as they could managing all the traffic. Of course the food was good! Its Chick-Fil-A!

Best fast food restaurant in the business the service is so good only beaten by the food and the food is only beaten by the lemonade it's amazing! The sauces are what makes the meal so make sure you try them out! Love this place I come every time we're in Lubbock!

Love the customer service! Everyone is very friendly. Time to time, the chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets tastes a little off. Makes it taste like it's been frozen and not thawed out completely. But that's a hit and miss. I still go once a week though for the convenience.
